The objective of Dalian Ruiguang Nonwoven Group Co., LTD. was to open up to the market of printed products to complete its wetlaid, spunlace and spunmelt production business.
The company was in fact looking for a printing line manufacturer that would allow them to obtain a perfectly printed hygienic product. In particular, they needed to control and manage the repeat length from the beginning to the end of the production process and dynamically control the tension of thin materials, in order to ensure perfect and constant tension throughout the entire printing process.

The IRIDIUM® Flexo printing system purchased by Dalian Ruiguang Nonwoven Group allows the printing of products of variable format (up to 800mm) with a repeat length ranging from 450 to 1100 mm. The IRIDIUM® is designed to reach a mechanical production speed of 800 m/min, guaranteeing the customer the highest level of flexibility.
In addition to the printing unit, the project is completed with an unwinding system and a “WINDY” winder equipped with in-line slitting: the state of the art of A.Celli Nonwovens technology with specific functions aimed at winding the printed product in register.
Furthermore, the IRIDIUM® Flexo printing system is the ideal solution to drastically reduce the waste of material during the setup and printing phases and to obtain an efficient drying of water-based inks, regardless of the printing operating speed.
