The Madrid City Council’s commitment to the world of fashion is materialized in this edition in the co-organization with IFEMA of MBFWMadrid , which will be the great event that will kick off the events that will take place under the Madrid es Moda program. developed by ACME with the support of the City Council through the Madrid Capital de Moda program .
A total of 34 creators will present their collections, 22 in pavilion 14.1 of IFEMA , and 12 in a stage in Madrid or in online format. Of the 22 who present their collection at IFEMA, 8 are young talents who will show their collections on Sunday the 11th, during the Allianz EGO event.
Three firms participate for the first time in MBFWMadrid : Pablo Erroz, from Mallorca , Otrura and Maite by Lola Casademunt . Both Pablo Erroz and Otrura will do it on the first day, April 8, sharing the calendar with Andrés Sardá, Maya Hansen , who returns to MBFWMadrid, and Fernando Claro .
Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada, Hannibal Laguna, Custo Barcelona, Maite by Lola Casademunt and Brain & Beast will be the protagonists on the second day, Friday, April 9. For its part, on Saturday 10 the collections of Angel Schlesser, Isabel Sanchís, Ulises Mérida , who returns to the catwalk, and Maison Mesa will see the light .
Angel Schlesser’s fashion show, under the creative direction of Juan Carlos Mesa , winner of the L’Oréal Paris Award for Best Collection last September, will feature a very special and inclusive casting of models under the slogan Because we are worth it , on the occasion 50th anniversary of the creation of the famous L’Oréal Paris claim .
After the Maison Mesa show , the L’Oréal Paris Award for the Best Collection by a designer and the L’Oréal Paris Award for the Best Model will be presented.
The day Sunday dedicated to young designers platform features the new sponsorship of Allianz Insurance, gathering the collections of the new quarry designers of our country. Four double parades by Guillermo Décimo and Corsicana; Rubearth and Cast Studio; Sergio Villasante and Velásquez; Georgiela Studio and Montenegro will be the protagonists of Allianz EGO, which in this edition celebrates its 15th anniversary.

IFEMA has implemented a rigorous security protocol to make MBFWMadrid a safe event as it did in its last September edition. It has national and international certifications and seals as a guarantee of its measurements, as well as equipment for capacity control, air renewal, a safety distance of 1.5m in parades, and digitization of accesses and records.
