                                Tension Loose/Low: Where the stitch is too loose.

-Same thread on needle & bobbin.

-Thread feeding of cone or spool properly.
-Machine must be clean.
-Machine correctly threaded.
-Needle replacement/set correctly.
-Use minimum quality of thread (too dry, coarse,
fine ect.)
-Bobbin must be correctly/properly or evenly
wound.
Tension Tight/High: Where the stitches are too tight.
EXECUTIVERecommended Solutions:
-Machine must be clean.
-Machine correctly threaded.
-Same thread on needle & bobbin.
-Proper thread feeding of cone or spool.
-Correct needle replacement/setting.
-Thread placement of tension disc must be accu-
rate.
-Use quality full of thread (too dry, coarse, fine
ect.)
-Bobbin must be correct.
Twisting: Garments may twist in front of the top side
and change appearance of the clothing.
Recommended Solution:
-Appropriate adjustment of front and back before
sewing.
-Follow knee mark to assure proper alignment.
-Never trim garment with scissors for ensuring
same length.
-Machine must tuneed properly.
Uneven Shape: Where the shape of a garment is uneven.
Recommended Solutions:
- Folding might be done in proper way to prevent shape.
- Use minimum pressure in feed dog.
- Operator should not pull fabric during sewing.
- Monitor sewing operators for correct material handling technique.
