Techtextil, Texprocess and the Heimtextil Summer Special will open their doors in Frankfurt am Main from 21 to 24 June 2022. After the Corona-related break, exhibitors and visitors are looking forward to a personal exchange. Numerous innovations and further developments await the international specialist audience. The parallel trade fairs depict textile value chains from textile fibers through processing to the end product.
In one place, trade fair visitors will find global trends, products and innovations along textile value chains. The offer ranges from yarns and fibers to functional textiles, textile technologies and finishing processes to end products for textile furnishings, performance textiles, functional clothing and fashion. In the context of increasing awareness of a sustainable circular economy, modern recycling processes will also be presented.
With regard to the current corona measures, the events can take place without capacity and entry restrictions and therefore without proof of vaccination. Hygiene measures such as online ticketing, fresh air supply, spacious hall planning and intensive cleaning processes will continue to be implemented.
As a bracket for the entire global range of textile trade fairs at Messe Frankfurt, the Texpertise Network with 58 trade fairs worldwide offers valuable information on the textile trade fair brands and, as a platform for networking and exchange, constantly focuses on the latest resource and climate-friendly developments in the industry.
“The last two years have shown: As the world market leader for textile trade fairs, we have a great responsibility for the industry. Through our worldwide events in uncertain times, we were not only able to find orientation and global business relationships in the market – but also our top position,” explains Managing Director Detlef Braun. The most recent global trade fair highlights before the restart in Frankfurt include Texworld Evolution Paris in February 2022, Interior Lifestyle in Tokyo in June 2022 and six other events from the “Techtextil” and “Texprocess” brands in North America and Asia.
Euratex Director General Dirk Vantyghem also gave an outlook on the further development of the textile industry: “With the EU textile strategy that has now been published, we have a clear roadmap in front of us on how the European textile industry must change. The meeting in Frankfurt will be an excellent opportunity to present this to present a timetable and to receive the necessary input from the local textile companies.”
