The 26th Taipei Innovative Textile Application Show (TITAS)
The 26th Taipei Innovative Textile Application Show (TITAS) will be held at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall I from October 12th to 14th, 2022 as a hybrid exhibition. There will be 400 exhibitors with more than 1000 booths from all over the world to gather in the professional trade show. Taiwan’s functional textiles account for nearly 70 per cent of the global market and have become the first choice for brands.
TITAS focuses on five themes: “Sustainability, Functional Applications, Personal Protection Equipment, Smart Textiles, and Intelligent Manufacturing”. Throughout the year, TITAS leverage the benefits of both an in-person and virtual event and launch five online theme shows to demonstrate the advantages of Taiwan textile industry. The first Online show “Personal Protection Equipment” was launched on April 18 which received a good response from buyers and was with more than 7,000 views. The second Online Show “Functional Applications” kicks off on June 1st. We sincerely welcome you to visit this fantastic online show.
Taiwan’s functional textiles account for nearly 70 per cent of the global market and have become the first choice for brands. The Functional Applications Online show will present selected products of following categories:
Indoor sports – textiles with functions of moisture wicking and quick dry, anti-bacterial, anti-odor, high elasticity, etc., which are applied to yogawear, compression garments, training clothes and accessories.
Outdoor sports – textiles with functions of moisture vapor permeability & water proof, water repellent, thermal insulation, cooling technology, high abrasion resistance, ultraviolet protection, etc., which are applied to mountaineering, trekking, rock climbing, camping, cycling, skiing, jogging and travel. ・Water sports – textiles with functions of ultraviolet protective, cold protection, reflective, effect, etc., which are applied to swimwear, boardshorts, wetsuits, and life jackets.
TITAS is the only professional textile trade show you may find in Taiwan, as well as the most important innovative textile exhibition in Asia. This year’s TITAS is all about Sustainable, Smart and Functional Textiles, with the focus on:
